Around here a cup of cold water and a hot meal mean a lot more than food in the stomach...they communicate compassion, concern and care. Four times a week we make hot meals for the kids in our neighborhood. Sometimes other groups come in, prepare and serve a meal - but other times we "create" dinner from what others have donated to our cupboard.
