And so the line leading to our Redeemer begins to grow. Seth has a son and names him Enosh. The world was one generation closer to the Savior. The text claims that "At that time men began to call on the name of the Lord." Perhaps this is the birth of the prayer. A new layer of worship was emerging. (Genesis 4:26) |
