"Promise"

We had had a particularly discouraging day with the kids at work. It felt like there was a ten ton weight on my shoulders. The lesson for the day had been on Noah's Ark but the kids didn't seem to be listening. We had finally gotten them all home and I was left alone at the church, pushing a broom and trying to organize my rambling thoughts. I opened the door to take out the trash and I noticed a brilliant rainbow hanging in the sky. It was God amplified. The promise still stood. There will always be Hope. (Genesis 8:15-9:17)
